In Person 5K Run/Walk

Participants who choose this option will participate on the marked courses beginning on MSUFCU's Headquarters on Sunday, April 13, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. The 5K course will guide you to West Road and through the paved paths on MSUFCU's campus. The course will be chip timed by the Michigan Running Foundation.

In Person 10K Run

Participants who choose this option will participate on the marked course beginning on MSUFCU's Headquarters on Sunday, April 13, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. The 10K course will be a double loop of the 5K course with some variances that will be noted by signs and volunteers on the course. The course will be chip timed by the Michigan Running Foundation.

In Person Kids One Mile Fun Run and Sprint - Ages 12 & Under

This race is for children ages 12 and under, and it will start at 9:15 a.m. Additional one-mile Kids' Fun Run and route details will be available soon.

Virtual Race - Pick Your Pace

Participants who choose the virtual race option can run or walk the race between April 11, 2025 through April 13, 2025. Virtual participants can participate anywhere their feet will take them — at home, on a treadmill, in a neighborhood or at a local park! A race packet can be ordered, but packets must be picked up in person. Awards will not be available for virtual participants.

10K Ruck for the House

The Ruck for for the House will follow the 10K course beginning and ending at MSU Federal Credit Union Headquarters campus. Rucking is walking with weight on your back based on military training workouts. Participants will provide their own weighted vests or backpacks. Course limit is 2 hours.
