5k Run
The 5k course travels the streets on the north side of St. Louis. The course is mostly flat with a only a few small hills. This course is usually fast.

The 10k route follows the 5k route for the first 1.5 miles. After that it breaks off for 3 miles into the country where 2.5 miles are on dirt roads.

Fun Run
This is a 1 mile fun run for kids. Parents are welcome to join their children in the race without registering.
