5K Run/Walk
The 5k is a run or walk. There will not be a separate walk division for awards, but you are welcome to walk the entire 5k!

The 10k is a run only event. If you do have to take walk breaks that is ok too! For time purposes we don't want you to miss the awesome island post race party back at Bird's Eye Outfitters.
