ABOUT RYOKO SUZUKI, MS, CHT, RTT, LMT, CSYT
Ryoko (“Lyo-ko”) is the founder of the celebrated Align Your Spine, Align Your Life program, specializing in spine-centric healing modalities and holistic coaching. Her healing journey started with overcoming her own sport injuries and a stress-related illness. In addition to being a 20+ year meditator and meditation teacher, Ryoko’s unique approach of bridging her extensive background in sports medicine and many different healing modalities makes her sessions and classes very powerful and effective. She has been helping empower clients for over 20 years. Let Ryoko help guide you to connect with your innate wisdom and inner ability to heal.

Nurture inner wellness under the gentle guidance of our friend Kelly Anne. Following the lead of one of our favorite DMB songs, Kelly will help us remember how to breathe just to breathe while we seek balance during a busy season.
5-10 minute welcome, intention setting / journal prompt
5-10 minutes gentle yoga stretching before coming to rest
10 minute body scan and meditation

Each of our 5k's will be run virtually during the concert stop at each city. Going to the concert? Plan a Fit Crew meet-up and run your 5k together in person!
You'll receive the support of your Fit Crew Fam and a 20 x 16 matte RUN THE TOUR poster that you can use as a color-your-own tracker all summer long and then display as a trophy of all the miles you logged with DMB this year.
Challenge: Labor Dave Weekend Sunrise Yoga at Cave B
Our partnership with Cave B provides exclusive access to the venue before the weekend festivities begin. Spots are strictly limited to 80 participant and no other group has access to the Cave B grounds during the weekend.
We will watch the sun come up and ignite the gorge in light as we fill our souls up with the peace and love shared in a moment of yoga.
You'll receive a ticket to the event and the option to purchase swag or a water bottle to show off your membership in this special group of fans. This event is our main fundraiser for our goals around impacting a healthy earth and the perfect way to connect with the planet before dancing the weekend away with DMB!

Your donation registers you for the Fit Crew PINK PUMPKIN challenge. You'll get access to the exclusive donor Habit Tracker after registration. This challenge is all about taking a month to focus on YOU and your personal wellness habits. Use this opportunity to stay consistent, start something new, or re-focus your efforts. Use your tracker to stay accountable to yourself and post in our group to encourage others to do the same.
