5k Runners will be timed. 5k Runners, followed by 5k Walkers will begin on the nature trail of the Troy Farm, then follow a sidewalk course to the nature center before heading back to the Start/Finish line at Troy Farm.

Little Sprout Sprint (ages 10 and under)
The Little Sprout Sprint is a brief mini-race held just before the 5K Run/Walk. Registered "Sprouts," ages 10 and under, will race approximately 400 yards out and back from the Finish/Start line. Parents are welcomed to assist their children on the course.
