Paul Miller Park is located at 45476 County Highway 51 north of Perham, MN, and a mile from the city limits. This is the 21st annual Average Jo and is a fundraiser for the Kinship of the Perham Area. The mission of Kinship is to transform our community through the power of mentoring our local youth.
