Endurance United Summer programs

The Endurance United summer EU Skiwerx program is a two session per week evening program that involves both rollerskiing and some dryland (on foot) sessions. Young skiers will learn basic skills & safety on rollerski and will have fun through creative games and practices that engage young skiers.

Skiers will need both Classic and Skate rollerskis. Every participant will have an option to rent Marwe combi Rollerski which are available upon check-out.

Recommended donation $20 No charge for registered Summer EU Skiwerx.

Great way to ease into Summer Program. 2.5hr clinic to learn the basics of roller skiing. Topics include safety equipment, navigating the trails slowing and stopping without brakes.

Skiing on the Big Rivers Trails

The summer program includes rollerskiing, running/bounding, technique work, intensity, and strength training.  Rollerskis and helmets are required and are not provided by Endurance United. Skiers who join EU juniors should be proficient and have experience on rollerskis.

We require a minimum of three days of training per week. Highly recommended to include Tuesday strength in your training mix.

We recommend the Friday rollerski session as the best fit for most U14 athletes, though Wednesday is also an option. Both sessions take place on trails, and athletes will be divided into smaller groups based on ability and experience level.
