KC Spirit 5K

In order to run in the KC Spirit 5K, you must hit the qualifying time standards. Time standards vary by age group. View the time standards under the "Time Standards" tab.

Online registration is now closed. Sign up for the race in person at the American Jazz Museum -1616 E 18 St, Kansas City, MO 64108 -on Friday from 3pm to 6pm. We’ll also be set up inside the museum on Saturday morning from 6:15am to 8:45am (5K starts at 7:30, 1 Mile starts at 9).

The Paseo Mile

The Paseo Mile is a 1 Mile walk/fun run open to anyone in the community! Unlike the 5K, there’s no need to hit a qualifying time to participate in this event. Families (including children, excluding pets) are encouraged to take part in The Paseo Mile. Kids can run or walk for free!
