2 Laps, Depart Racers village and run/walk along the well marked course back through Racers Village through the Water/Aid station, wave at your friends, Cross the Timing Mat to record you first lap time, and take another lap! You are on the same course as the 10K, but with your 20lb or 30lb Ruck sack. (20lb sack for human weight 150 or less. 30lb sack for 151 and higher) You can go heavier, just not lighter to be elgible for awards, We will have a scale on site.
