Summer Run for Fun
8-week series. This will NOT be training for an event. We will meet Tuesdays 6pm Fuzzy's for a casual run (when PBP does their summer fun run, we can join them!) and Thursdays 6pm Thames Elementary for speed work/fun summer run games. All paces welcome. I will come prepared with a workout for you to do Thursdays.

Winter Half Marathon Training Group
13-week program. This training group is meant to train for either: St. Jude half marathon, Gulf Coast half marathon, or Rocket City half marathon. Rocket City is a 4-hour cut off, St. Jude is a 4:20 cut off, and Gulf Coast is a 6-hour cut off- so all paces welcome. This does NOT include race day registration, that is purchased separately. Must be able to complete 3 miles before starting program.

Every Woman's Marathon Training Group
18-week program. All genders are welcome to run the race. The race is promoting women's inclusivity in the sport! Race cut-off is 8 hours- beginner friendly! This does NOT include race day registration, that is purchased separately.
