For time: 1000 weighted step-ups
Pick whatever backpack weight and box height you are comfortable with!
Weight: For women a good intermediate weight to carry is 25# and 35# for men.
Box Height: Pick a box or object that comes to just below the knee.
If you don't want too or cannot do step-ups, we will have the options to do a row 10,000 meters or run/ruck a 5k around the facility or ride the assault bike for time.
