The 5K (3.1 miles) can be run on any course of runner's choosing. Proof of distance and time must be emailed to finishwelltiming@gmail.com before midnight on October 13, 2023. There are no awards or t-shirts for Virtual run.

Bit of Hope Half-Pint race (ages 7 and under)

This half-pint race will start and end before the 5K run starts. The distance will be between 400 and 800 meters.

This is a non-timed event. All runners will receive participant metals. Shaved Ice cones will also we given to finishers.
