The Rock 5k Trail Run
*Race packet pick-up on race day only from 7:30am 8:45-am

*No Dogs allowed in the race. Dogs are allowed to watch but must be leashed.
*No Strollers allowed, the trails are very narrow in places and also quite rocky and steep, even for a jogging stroller.
