The Take That Hill Workout of the Day
For non-cyclists, we're offering a FREE Workout of the Day event, led by GORUCK legend and fitness trainer Joe Baker. Joe will take participants on a fun-filled functional fitness tour of the grounds surrounding Southern Distilling. There will be stops along the way with heavy things to pick up and put down, just the way Joe likes it!
