Wesley Shelter's Strong Soles 5K, Walk & Dash

Run (or walk) in solidarity in honor of those whose lives have been changed due to domestic or sexual violence. The 3 mile course begins at Paul Berry Park in downtown Wilson and meanders through historic neighborhoods, returning to the park. The race is timed. The cost is $25 and includes a tech t-shirt

If you prefer, walk 1 mile in solidarity with and for those who have experienced domestic or sexual violence. The course will begin and return to Paul Berry Park. The cost is $15 and includes a tech t-shirt.

After the 5K race, the fourth annual Men's Pump-It-Up 30-yard High Heel Dash will take place on the lawn of Paul Berry Park. This light-hearted event shines light on a the very serious topic of domestic and sexual violence. We invite men to dress up and don their high heels do DASH out violence! The cost is $25.00.
