All children participating, even if they are not registered, ARE REQUIRED to have a waiver signed by their legal guardian.
Are strollers allowed?
Strollers are allowed and you do not need to register them. However, you will need to sign a waiver for each child in a stroller.

Yes, dogs are allowed this year. Dogs must be leashed at all times and cannot be brought inside the Bismarck Elks Lodge.
