6th Annual Beefin it Up - Fuel for the Finish

The Kids fun run/walk trail is a paved out and back loop starting on the north side of Fort Abraham Lincoln with the headquarters located at The Post—2 miles south of Mandan on Highway 1806 located on the west side of the highway. The estimated start time is 8:15 PM to allow parents and guardians who are participating in the earlier events to be back so they can cheer their youngsters on. There will be a scavenger hunt and other informational games to keep the kids occupied while their parents/guardians are partaking in the 5K/10K Run/Walk. Kids Fun run/walk is for youngsters 10 years and younger.

Race shirts will be guaranteed to all who register by the June 25th date. After that time the race shirts will be a 1st come 1st registered offering. The shirts will be a moisture wick material similar to prior years and available in an adult men's size or youth size.

This year we are offering a simplistic “virtual run” for those who share in our passion about getting heart healthy exercise and promoting the beef industry! These participants can complete the run/walk in the comforts of their own community and on their own time – any time during race week.
