5K Adult (13+)
This is the only race that takes you along the full length of Mandan’s historic Main Street—an experience reserved exclusively for the 4th of July. The course begins at 3rd Ave NW and West Main, heads west to 10th Ave NW, then loops back east past the Mandan Depot and down to just before Burger King, before returning to the starting point. Runners are cheered on by thousands of spectators lining the street for the Independence Day Parade, creating an electric atmosphere. With a flat and fast route, it’s the perfect way to start your 4th of July.
