7th Annual Jack O'Lantern Jog 5K

5K Course Details: This 5 Kilometer (3.1 mile) course will start and end in the East parking lot of the Howard County Medical Center. It provides a scenic route through town which will be well-marked, and a water station will be provided approximately halfway through the course. Individual times will not be kept; however, it will be a timed event. Prizes will be awarded to the first-place male and female participants. Registration for the 5K race will also enter you into the costume contest if you would like to participate. **This event will take place before the walk to allow runners to participate in the Trunk or Treat Walk if desired. Children can walk in the 1 mile for free with registration of 5K. Please indicate their names, so we can plan for enough treats.

1 Mile Walk Course Details: Course will start and end in the East parking lot of the Howard County Medical Center. This is a scenic route through town where participants are encouraged to wear their Halloween costumes as trick or treating stations will be stationed throughout the course. This event will be fun for the whole family! Strollers and wagons are encouraged, but please refrain from bringing bikes, trikes, or scooters. One t-shirt with registration. Additional shirts can be purchased for $20. Treat bags will be provided!

7th Annual Jack O'Lantern Jog 1 Mile - Kid's 1 mile race

The course will start and finish in the East Parking Lot of the Howard County Medical Center. Kids will follow a pre-determined route around the hospital while enjoying a fun morning of activity and community spirit.

Parents are welcome and encouraged to run alongside their children and cheer them on throughout the course. Prizes will be awarded to the race winners, so come ready to run, have fun, and celebrate crossing the finish line!
