The plan is for our event to take place rain or shine. However, if the weather is severe enough to pose a safety issue for all involved, the race may be delayed or canceled. The event will not be postponed, and all registration fees will be considered donations to the event's cause. If a cancellation were to occur, the event host will still be on location to distribute the free t-shirts to those participants who registered online before the “Free T-shirt Giveaway” online registration cut-off date, which is 10 September 2026. Participants can register up to 19 September; however, the host will have limited quantities of extra shirts in various sizes for those who register after 10 September. If we run out of your size on race day we will be placing a final order to ensure all participants receive their shirt.
