The plan is for our event to take place rain or shine. However, if the weather is severe enough to pose a safety issue for all involved, the race may be delayed or canceled. The event will not be postponed, and all registration fees will be considered donations to the event's cause. If a cancellation were to occur, the event host will arrange the distribution of the free t-shirts to participants who registered online before the “Free T-shirt Giveaway” registration cut-off date, which is midnight on 8 September 2026. Participants can register until 19 September, right up to the race start; however, all participants who register after the 8th of September will have their shirts ordered on the 21st of September. The host will arrange a pickup date and location once the shirts are received.
