ABOUT COACH JOSH ZITOMER:
Over the years, Josh has worked on-set with actors and traveled with musicians on tour. He's had clients ranging in age from 20-70. He's taken novice runners to their first marathon-and marathoners to their first triathlon. Josh has trained women through pregnancies and athlete's through injuries. The diversity of his clientele not only keeps him on his toes, but it has taught him to be adaptable and flexible.
• Trains Alicia Keys & Amy Schumer (and numerous A-listers along the way)
• Tours with Adam Levine and Maroon 5
• Been a coach for over 15 years
• Certifications: NASM, NSCA, NATA, ACE
