Carry Forward 5K

It's called Carry Forward because you have to carry something. When you join the EMS Flyers Air Support team, you'll select whether you'll participate at the "Flag" level by carrying a flag, at the "Fit" level by carrying weight or at the "Fierce" level by carrying a buddy.
