The Action For Distraction Skeleton 5K Trail Run

This is a trail run consisting of a combination of gravel, dirt and paved surfaces. In the SPIRIT of the day, there may be "slightly" haunted wooded sections. Beware when you hit a wooded area ... you never know who might pop out to scare you on!

If your little ghost or goblin isn't up for the whole 5K, we have a one-mile fun-run option. They'll be given bags at the start of their race, and they'll have a chance to trick-or-treat along the way!

The Virtual 5K is for those of you out there who want to support the cause, love 5K's and are eager to get our awesome finisher's medal, but can't make it on race day or would rather volunteer on race day, and run the race on your own time! Sign up to do the race virtually, and after we send you your packet in the mail, you can put on your bib, do the 5K on your own (ANYWHERE ... at the gym, on the treadmill, or on the trail with your dog) & reward yourself at the end by putting our awesome finisher's medal around your neck!
