Spring Lake 5 Mile Race
Entry Fee: $65 entry fee for the 5-Mile Race includes your choice of unisex-sized 100% cotton, heavyweight t-shirt or you may select a technical, wicking shirt.
The tech shirt will be offered in both Men’s and Women's sizes. Please select your shirt style and size carefully. Note: Women's sizing runs true-to-size.

SORRY the 2026 FIVE MILE RUN registration has reached its limit in record time and is now CLOSED. We do NOT keep a waiting list. Thanks to the Friends of The Spring Lake 5, a limited number of entries will be available through charitable organizations, are posted on the Charity Partners page at https://thespringlakefivemilerun.rsupartner.com/charity-partners Early Kids registration is temporarily closed but online registration will re-open February 16th until mid-May
Kids' Races
EARLY KIDS' RACE REGISTRATION WILL BE OPEN ONLINE THRU 11:59 PM FRIDAY, MAY 15. Bibs will not be mailed after May 10th, but will be available for pick up at the Spring Lake Train Station or on race day after 4:30pm at the race site.
Race Day registration available 10 am to 3 pm at the Spring Lake Train Station, then 4:30 pm to Race Time on Ocean Avenue, near Atlantic Avenue (race site).

Under 4 - 25 yards
4 years old - 50 yards
5/6 years old -100 yards
7/8 years old - 200 yards
9-14 years old - Quarter Mile
Kids races begin with youngest age groups and proceed through to the oldest.
