Event: MINI NINJA (structured class) ages 3-6
In this program participants will be training like NINJAS from American Ninja Warrior. Participants will learn how to fall safely, climb on rock walls, run up warped walls, jump on trampolines and into foam pits, climb and swing on ropes and rings. This is a great program to get kids moving in a safe and encouraging environment. This program builds confidence and body awareness along with strength and agility.
