FOOTHILLS 10 MILE RUN

Race Bibs: Each participant will receive a bib number that must be worn on race day. Bib numbers must be visible at all times during the race.

Medical Support: Medical staff will be ready to assist at any time during the event. There will be radio communications personnel along the course, ready to assist. The event personnel have the right to withdraw anyone from the event that appears distressed or at risk.
Awards: There will be cash prizes for the top 3 men and women overall. The overall and division awards will be announced at the awards ceremony.

Course: the course will be marked with orange flags and white powder. Mile markers won't be present on the course. There will be three water station on the course that runners will pass twice.

Parking: There will be no parking at Elena Gallegos Open Space. All participants and spectators can park at Albertsons Market located at 12201 Academy Rd NE and there will be buses to transport runners and spectators to the race site. The bus will be running from 6:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. The race will be limited to 400 runners.
