The (Virtual) Social Hour Run

What can you do in an hour? Get creative. Whether you run straight through or in bits and pieces, how you get the miles in is up to you. For example, if you're doing laundry, put your clothes to wash, go for a run, come back in time to place the clothes in the dryer... - make a workout out of your daily honey-dos and regular chores.
