City of Lakes Triathlon

A 'Splash and Dash' is a fast-growing sport that combines swimming and running, with no bike required!

Children ages 7 to 12 will be eligible to participate. This event is sanctioned USA Triathlon.

Children of all experience levels are welcome to participate. The Splash and Dash will not be timed, leaving the focus on participation rather than competition.
Distances:

*6-8yrs - 50yrds swim & 1/2 mile run

*9-12yrs - 100yrds swim & 1 mile run

*This will be based on age on Dec 31, 2025

The kids need to be able to swim unassisted. (please note that if participating children do not already have a youth membership, then they will need to purchase upon checkout). Kids will need to wear a swimsuit and bring their own towel and running shoes to participate!
