Speed Play
Speed Play: Our Speed Play provides an opportunity to join the Half and Full Marathon training speed workouts on Thursdays at 6 PM. If you only need speed training this is the BEST program to enhance your speed. These speed workouts are focused on individuals running between 10-35 miles per week.

Pace Pass Session III
Pace Pass: Our Pace Pass provides a unique opportunity for you to train with our Half and Full Marathon Training participants on Saturdays for long runs. We offer a variety of different pace groups and offer up to four different mileage options each week. The distances begin at 5 or 8 miles on the first Saturday of each session and will gradually increase as you train towards regional events such as the Buffalo Marathon, the Rochester Marathon, and the Winter Warrior Half Marathon.
