Event: Chester Kiwanis 5K Race
Memorial Day Weekend Saturday May 27, 2023
Race Start Time 8:45 A.M.
The Kiwanis Club is pleased to host the 28th edition of the Chester 5k race. Our members have enjoyed hosting this event for 27 years providing a very competitive 3.1 mile race at the start of the summer running season. At the conclusion of the race we are offering the participants refreshments, a full hot breakfast, ice cream, and free raffle drawings.
On race day registered runners and walkers will pick up their bib and Tee shirt in the Chester Community Park between 7:30 and 8:30. Race starts just outside the park on Walnut Street at 8:45.
TECH Tee Shirt guaranteed to all pre-registered entrants received by May 18.
All proceeds benefit : High School Scholarships, Welcome to Kindergarten Bags, Christmas Toyland, Veterans , Maria Fareri Children's Hospital, Chester Community Food Pantry, Salvation Army, March of Dimes and other Regional Charities
