Welcome! Please be advised this is a pack run led by active duty soldiers and veterans. Group pace is approximately 12 min/mile for 6.8 miles. If you would like to make it more challenging, weighted vests are welcome (provide your own) - just follow the one rule of no runner passes the flag, as the flag represents our fallen.
