Run the Shef in Motion 10 K or Run a 10 k anywhere ( 6.2 Miles) and report your time to the Runsignup / Shef in Motion website under results. You can also use the Race Joy app to help measure the distance accurately and your time. This info will be downloaded to Runsignup automatically.
