5th Annual "Show Your Swell" 5K
Competitive age groups will be: 18 and under, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+
Awards will be given for the top male and female finishers as well as top two in each age group, both male and female. There will also be an award for top male and female Law Enforcement Officer.
The course will be generally flat with some grass and some asphalt components. Water stops and aid stations will be available on the course.

The 1 mile fun run will be a cross country style grass run with no obstacles. The idea is to have a good time and allow participants of all ages.
