Event: Progressive Sweet 16
1 Mile Run must be completed in under 11 minutes
5K starts at 9:11am-must be completed in under 35 minutes
10K starts at 9:46am
Times for both 5K and 10K will be used to determine Overall, Masters and Super Master and Age Group winners. Prizes will be awarded to top 3 (Male/Female) finishers of the 1 Mile Run for those that want to step on the gas for this "warmup" event.
