2018 One-in-Four 5K Wellness Expo
The One-in-Four 5K Wellness Expo will take place on Saturday, April 7 before and during the run/walk. This is an exciting opportunity to promote healthy living, wellness education, physical fitness and nutrition. Exhibitors are encouraged to offer product demonstrations, screenings, product sampling, or educational component for a maximum learning experience.

About the Course

Distance: 3.1 Miles
Transit: 1 Train to 110th St
M5 Bus to 108th & Riverside Dr
Course Instructions: The race will start and finish near 110th Street inside the park. You will begin by heading north to 116th Street before turning back down the footpath along the eastern edge of the park. You will then follow the path down to about 97th Street before looping around the Dinosaur Playground and heading north again. You’ll go back the same way you came– up the eastern edge of the park to 116th street before turning left down the hill and along the main promenade back to the Finish Line at 110th St.
