Sparrow's Nest Superhero Rock 'N' Run Challenge and 5K (Draft)

The Sparrow's Nest Superhero 5K will take place back at the beautiful Barton Orchards in Poughquag. Gather your friends or co-workers and create a team! Walk or Run your 3.1 miles on May 31st. You'll feel great about getting out and getting active and you'll be supporting our mission of cooking and delivering homemade meals to families facing cancer. A win-win!

Exclusively for our youngest Superheroes, kids 12 years of age and younger are invited to join our 30 Mile Challenge. Participants can start a team, join a team, or register as an individual and walk, run, hike, or bike 30 miles between April 1st and May 31st. That's just half a mile a day! Record your activity each day and watch your progress on our virtual course map, visiting our Captain America Sponsors along the way! You'll feel great about getting out and getting active and you'll be supporting our mission of cooking and delivering homemade meals to families facing cancer. A win-win!

Start a team, join a team, or register as an individual and walk, run, hike, or bike 60 miles between April 1st and May 31st. That's just 1 mile a day!
