Winter Training Group
Don't hibernate this Winter; get out and get active! Get comfortable using snowshoes in different parts of the Greater Rochester Area. Learn how to dress for winter activities and HAVE FUN!
We provide an inviting and supportive atmosphere with an average of 1: 5-8, coach to athlete ratio. We have many people who continue to join us each session. We have 3 coaches who are consistently on hand each week and will have ambassadors every weekend to help; all of whom can and will answer any questions.
Included in your Training Group Tuition is: entry to Cast A Shadow 4 miler-ish snowshoe/ trail race, a performance tech t-shirt for the training group and a store coupon.
