5k/10k Training Program
Levels 1 and 2 are designed for beginners and those wanting to run a bit faster for the 5k.
Level 3 is for those wanting to move up from the 5k to the 10k or run a faster 10k this year. 10k participants should be currently running 2-3 days a week with at least one run a week of up to 3 miles.
