The TugMudDare Adventure Run is open to anyone 13 years of age and older. The 5K Individual Heat will be the first adult race of the day. Prizes will be awarded to the top three men and top three women in this race. If you DO NOT PLAN TO RUN WITH A TEAM, you should sign up for this heat.
