Sunday Morning Group Run
We usually meet at Parking Field #6 at Rockland Lake State Park, off Route 9W in Valley Cottage. Arrive a few minutes early to warm up or chat with other runners. Parking is free before 8:00 AM, and bathrooms are open year-round.
We typically run one or two loops of the inner path, clockwise around the lake. One loop is 3 miles. All paces are welcome, and we'll make sure no one is left behind.
