Catharine Valley Half Marathon- 10 Week Training Program
This is a 10-week training program running from June 6-August 14, 2016.
All participants will be given a 10-week training plan, and have the opportunity to join in weekly group long runs, mid-week group workouts, as well as get specific coaching advice on pacing and race strategy.
All levels of experience are welcome- beginner through advanced runners!
