This challenge recognizes your dedication to the 10,000 steps per day that the CDC recommends for preventing chronic disease and puts you on a philanthropic journey helping kids with every step you take. At this average of 5 miles per day, you will have stepped 1,825 miles by December 31st! Consider all of your walking, running steps, including miles from your bike rides, golf rounds, sporting events, family hikes, pickle ball. It all adds up on your daily tracker (your watch, phone, or other device), and the 1000 mile challenge is for you!
