Trail OCR will kick things off on a private OCR course 25 minutes East of Cincinnati. A robust trail run will be followed with 1/4 mile laps of repeating obstacles.

CO•OP Race 02 Urban OCR

A short point to point sprint will separate the pack. (Watch out for the sprouting sidewalks and root like curbs!) As you arrive back at The Iron Rig your obstacles will be set up in what resembles a CrossFit style WOD (workout of the day). Grab your designated bar and let’s lift!
This is a race where speed and strength go hand in hand. Favor lies with the overall athlete.

We all have our ups and downs but this trail takes it to a whole new level!! These hills will take you to new heights with amazing views of rich Kentucky landscape and in an instant drop you back into the deep ravine where the cool waters will whip across your feet. Up and down, up and down. Crawl, walk or run you won’t want to miss this!
