Packet Assembly

We will be assembling the FINISHER BAG which will include the Finisher Medal, Fleece Finisher Blanket, Event Shirt, and Snacks. Assembly will be inside our old office on the corner of Market St N and 2nd St NW. Once you register we will reach out to you to determine the day(s) and time(s). You can work as much or as little as you wish.

Packet Mailing

We will be mailing all participants their Race Bib, Pins, and Final Race Instructions. We need help assembling these packets for mailing. Assembly will be inside our old office on the corner of Market St N and 2nd St NW. Once you register we will reach out to you to determine the day(s) and time(s).

Start Line Setup

We need hands on Saturday afternoon to assemble our Start Line at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium on Saturday afternoon from 3pm to 7pm.

Corral Manager

You will assist us by holding ropes and signs that help runners identify their race corral. You will be outside, standing and moving from 6:30am until 10:15am. Activity is inside Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium.

Stadium Usher

Assist runners getting into their corral before the race and assist getting them out of the stadium after the race.You will be inside Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium from 6:30am to 10:15am

Finisher Box Team

You will help us replenish Finisher Boxes / Bags on tables that runners will take as they exit the stadium. You will be on duty from 8am until 2pm.

Exchange Zones

You will help waiting runners meet their relay teammates as they enter the Exchange Zone. You will also direct them to the parking areas for their vehicles. Looking for groups here as well as individuals.

Water Station 2.5
