5K Run/Walk
Walkers and runners are welcome. Are you new to the 5K? Join the Metropolitan Youth Foundation for their Newbie 5K training.
Starting on Tuesday, September 6th, our Newbie 5K Training Group will have an orientation meeting at Gahanna Middle School West, 350 N Stygler Rd, Gahanna, OH 43230, to begin training together leading up to the MYF Live, Laugh & Run 5K on Saturday, November 5th at Creekside Gahanna. We will have an experienced runner from Columbus Running Company speaking to our group so that we can get the most out of our training. For the weeks leading up to the race, our training group will meet on Monday and Thursday nights at 6:00 PM at Gahanna Middle School West to walk/run together.
