**It is highly recommended that this distance is for runners only. If you can do a combination of running/walking, that is great too. Roads will be reopened after 45 minutes so if you do not complete the 5k you will be asked to move onto the sidewalk if available or side of the road for your safety!

400 meters - Highly Recommended for ages no lower than 6 up to age 13

The Female and Male Champion in the Blue (Ages 10 and Under) and Gold Division (Ages 11-13) will win a Series Trophy and gift to Second Sole Lakewood!
