ALL OF THE ABOVE plus join us as we take on Tulsa's Route 66 Marathon Relay this November! This 11-week training group will prepare runners to successfully complete one (or more) legs of the R66 Marathon Relay, November 21. Runners who want to run the Half-marathon...or even the full marathon are welcome as well!

Program Dates: Tuesday, September 7, 2021 through Thursday, November 19, 2021
(Route 66 Marathon race is on Sunday, November 21, 2021)
Program Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday evenings 6pm at Oklahoma Christian University Fitness Eagle Trail. We will occasionally trade out a Thursday evening for a Saturday long run.
