5K Run
Challenge yourself while making a difference! The Grace + Mae Benefit 5K is open to runners and walkers of all experience levels. Whether you're chasing a personal best or simply enjoying the morning with friends and family, every step supports children with special needs and their families.
This is a chip-timed event, with awards presented to the Top 3 Male and Top 3 Female finishers in each age division. Lace up, join the community, and help us create a lasting impact—one mile at a time.

Fun run/walk - noncompetitive event designed for everyone! Whether you choose to walk, run, stroll, dance, or cheer one another on, this event is all about spending time together while supporting a mission.
Bring the whole family - all ages and abilities are welcome. Strollers, wheelchairs, wagons, and walking buddies are encouraged. No timing, no pressure - just fun.

Big fun for little feet! The 100-Yard Kids' Dash is a short, exciting race designed just for children. Whether they run, walk, skip, or sprint to the finish line, every participant is encouraged to join the fun and celebrate their accomplishment.
This untimed event is all about smiles, confidence, and making memories. Every child will receive a finisher's medal.

Bubble Run
The Bubble Run is a short, fun-filled lap created with inclusion in mind. Participants can walk, run, roll, or stroll through a course surrounded by bubbles, cheers, and smiles. Designed especially for children and individuals with special needs, this untimed event celebrates participation, joy, and community in a welcoming, low-pressure environment.
Everyone is encouraged to move at their own pace, cross the finish line with pride, and enjoy the fun. Every participant will receive a finisher's medal.

Virtual 5K
Can't join us on race day? You can still be part of the Grace + Mae Benefit 5K from wherever you are! Complete your 5K at your own pace—run, walk, hike, or roll—on a course of your choice during the event weekend.
Whether you're supporting from across town or across the country, your participation helps further Grace + Mae's mission of serving children with special needs and their families. No matter where you cross your finish line, you're making a difference with every step.
