🟣New Runners/Walkers - Are you wanting to get started on the path to a lifestyle of fitness? LOOK NO FURTHER! We are coming to help YOU! We will get you started and teach you light drills and a proper warmup followed by an easy structured run, cooldown, and stretching.
*Bring a water bottle and a large towel or yoga mat
