Be Strong Conference
In the State of Oklahoma, 50% of women and 40% of men experience domestic violence. The Be Strong Conference, hosted by Leah's Hope, was created to bring awareness to domestic violence and teach individuals skills to recognize and overcome domestic violence situations so they can be survivors rather than victims. Conference sessions include: How to Recognize Domestic Violence, How to file a Victim's Protective Order (VPO), Situational Awareness, What Happens When DHS gets Involved, and Basic Defensive Tactics. Join us to educate yourself and support our community.
